Los Gatos Baby kicks off French Storytime!

Los Gatos Baby and QryBaby Boutique have kicked off a children's reading series for French storytime with native French speaker and author-in-residence Stephanie Baynes.

The storytimes are held once every few weeks in a round table format at the back of the store.

At this nice little reading, the children loved the story of Toutou and all the mischief he caused!

Los Gatos Baby Boutique hosted a fun & info-filled evening with event-planners extraordinaire & authors

of The Everything Baby Shower Book, Sabrina Hill & Joni Russell, both from Los Gatos, California.

Sabrina and Joni really wrote the book on baby showers! The Everything Baby Shower Book shows you that baby showers aren't just for mommies anymore! Learn how to plan a baby shower for dads-to-be, grandparents-to-be, or siblings-to-be. It has everything you need to turn any party idea into a baby shower !

At the event, the authors talked about new ideas for baby showers, some "state of the art" baby showers they have organized, and how to plan and run a baby shower to have the most fun for everyone! Like the authors say, "A party should be as much fun to plan as it is to attend".

NBC Bay Area News on Weekday mornings co-anchors Laura Garcia-Cannon and her husband

Brent Cannon are expecting triplets soon!

You probably already know that the Bay Area wakes up weekday mornings with the husband and wife team of Brent and Laura Garcia-Cannon . Well, now there will be some new co-anchors in town!

The couple recently came to Los Gatos Baby Boutique to film a short spot about parenting with twins and triplets and to highlight some of the creative baby stores in the Bay Area. The store owner, Belis Etem, showed Brent and Laura Garcia-Cannon around the store and they talked "baby talk" on everything from coming home from the hospital to nursery rhymes to triplet strollers!

NBC News and Laura Garcia-Cannon and Brent Cannon are sponsoring charity donations for Bay Area Baby Shower which is part of their Bay Area Proud initiative for needy children in the Bay Area. Anyone who would like to give a gift can do so at one of the regional drop-off centers, and Los Gatos Baby Boutique has volunteered to be a drop-off center for our area. The couple wanted to extended their gratitude and say "Thank You" for all of the generous contributions that have come in so far.

Our Los Gatos Store Remodel

We have been hard at work redesigning and remodeling our Los Gatos store. Still the same owners, just a bit of a new face! We hope that we can get feedback and comments from our friends in the community about what they like or would like to improve. Or any ideas for new products are also welcome!
